Bill Cox, Superintendent of Public Works

A life long resident of Steger. Bill Cox was hired as a laborer for the Steger Public Works Department in 1977.

In 1983, Bill became a "Class C" water operator running the Steger water system.

In 2002, Bill obtained the highest certificate available, "Class A" water operator. 

Bill is a member of the Steger Kiwanis, and is married to a wonderful lady Dorothy.

Bill is honored to serve Steger's residents as Superintendent of Public Works.
