Chuck and his wife, Nancy have two sons Peter and David . Chuck has been a resident of Steger since 1977. Chuck is a graduate of Quincy College (now Quincy University)

He was a member of the Steger Police Department from 1975 to 2004, serving as a police office, juvenile officer and elderly service office and has taught D.A.R.E. in the village’s elementary schools and is a founding member of the Peer Jury Program for Bloom Township.

In his years as a police officer, Chuck has worked with the mediation program with the Cook County Juvenile Court System, as a member of the board that provides statistics and advice to the Bloom Township High School District Partner’s program and has developed and received federal and state grants benefiting area youth programs.

Chuck and his family are members of St., Liborius Parish where he and Nancy serve as Eucharistic Ministers.
