A lifelong area resident, Tim has lived in the Village of Steger since 1999 with his wife Tina, son Jake, and two daughters Payton and Emma. He is the owner of a successful small business in town since 2003.  Tim graduated from Bloom Trail High School and has his Associates in Business Management and Supervision from Prairie State College. He received his Life Underwriters Training Council Fellowship and Financial Service Specialists Designation from The American College.
